RESOLUTION
• WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution adopted by the Common Council on February 2, 2004 a preliminary
report has been prepared by the Public Works Department with respect to the following local improvement(s):
Project No.M4-11 (J-7726) "Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Extension to Serve the South Frontage Road of
TH14 East from the Knights of Columbus Easterly to the Hundred Acre Woods Development" and said report
and the recommendation of the Public Works Committee were presented to the Common Council on March 15,
2004..
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,Minnesota:
(1)The petition for the aforesaid local improvement(s) is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of abutting property owners.
(2)The preliminary report of the Public Works Department is hereby received and the recommendation of
the Public Works Committee is hereby accepted.
(3)A public hearing shall be held at 7:00 P.M. on the 19th day of April,2004 in the Council/Board Chambers
in the Government Center in said City, at which time the Common Council will consider the construction of the
following proposed local improvement(s): J-7726 and the proposed assessment of all or a portion of the cost of such
improvement(s)against the following property: N/A all in accordance with Chapter 429, Minnesota Statutes, as
amended. The City Clerk is instructed to give public notice of such hearing and improvement(s)as required by law.
(4) The Public Works Department is hereby directed to prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement(s).

MINNESOTA,AT A MEETING THEREOF HELD THIS 15th DAY OF MARCH, 2004.
