RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into an engineering services agreement with Yaggy Colby Associates for preliminary engineering
services of the TH 14 West Bridge support (J-7902) in an amount not to exceed $29,420.00.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF 2004.
