• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Change Order No. 1 with Progressive Contractors, Inc., for the Runway 02-20 pavement repair
and taxiwayA4 and A5 removal project, in the amount of$281,542.25.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this change order on
behalf of the City.
