BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the
Comprehensive Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the Common Council
be amended in the following respects:
I. Amend the provisions of Section II Hours and Rates Established (D) Ramp Hourly Rates
of Chapter"K" to read as follows:

II. Amend the provisions of Section IID2 Ramp Monthly Rates of Chapter "K" to read as
follows:

• 1) All Other Ramps: change the Random Monthly Rate to $58.00; change the
Reserved Monthly Rate to $62.00; change the 24 hour/3�d Street Rate to $66.00;
change the 24 hour/2nd Street Rate to $66.00; change the Monthly Flex Rate to
$56.00; change the Monthly Roof Top Rate to $52.00.
III. Amend the provisions of Surface Lots so that the daily rate for Civic Center South,
Civic Center North and Mayo Ball Field is $1.25.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become effective as of July 1,
2004.
