RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a
hearing duly noticed and held on May 17, 2004, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County,
Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Lot 8, Block 1, RADICHEL FIRST REPLAT, according to the plat thereof on
File at the County Recorder's Office, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
Said tract contains 2.35 acres more or less.
TO BE KNOWN AS, RADICHEL THIRD REPLAT, submitted by David W. Boyd and Patricia M.
Boyd, husband and wife, and Premier Bank Rochester, mortgagee, owners and proprietors,
and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as
shown on said plat are hereby accepted
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER,
