BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into an engineering services agreement with Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates for
professional engineering services for hydraulic study and report analysis (actual cost and
expense fee structure) and final bridge design (lump sum as negotiated by the Department of
Public Works and approved by the City Administrator) for Project J7226, "Hydraulic Study &
Design of the Box Culvert Bridges on Members Parkway N.W."
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 2/,5— DAY OF 2004.
