RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a
hearing duly noticed and held on July 7, 2004, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County,
Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 107
North, Range 13 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said Southeast Quarter
and the east line of CENTURY POINT SUBDIVISON, according to the plat thereof
on file at the County Recorder's office, Olmsted County, Minnesota (P.O.B."A");
thence northerly on a Minnesota State Plane Grid Azimuth from north of 358
degrees 47 minutes 20 seconds along said east line and along the west line
of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 1308.55 feet to the south
line of Lot 29, Block 4, CENTURY HILLS THIRD SUBDIVISION, according to the
plat thereof on file at said County Recorder's office; thence easterly 89
degrees 34 minutes 24 seconds azimuth along said south line 7.05 feet to
the west line of CENTURY HILLS FIFTH SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof
on file at said County Recorder's office; thence southerly 178 degrees 47
minutes 12 seconds azimuth along said west line 310.13 feet to the southerly
line of said CENTURY HILLS FIFTH SUBDIVISION; thence northeasterly 69
degrees 14 minutes 21 seconds azimuth along said southerly line 228.75
feet; thence 'northerly 56.81 feet along said southerly line on a nontangential
curve concave easterly, having a radius of 167.00 feet, a central angle of 19
degrees 29 minutes 28 seconds, and a chord azimuth of 349 degrees 02
minutes 28 seconds; thence easterly 88 degrees 47 minutes 12 seconds
azimuth along said southerly line 140.00 feet; thence northerly 358 degrees

Said tract contains 18.70 acres more or less.
AND that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29,
Township 107 North, Range 13 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section
29; thence northerly 358 degrees 58 minutes 47 seconds azimuth along
the west line of said Southwest Quarter 579.35 feet to the point of, beginning
(P.O.B."B"); thence easterly 89 degrees 39 minutes 26 seconds azimuth 44.15
feet; thence easterly 72 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds azimuth 121.78 feet;
thence northeasterly 42 degrees 39 minutes 18 seconds azimuth 346.37 feet;
thence northerly 358 degrees 58 minutes 31 seconds azimuth 400.81 feet to
the south line of said CENTURY HILLS FIFTH SUBDIVISION; thence
• westerly 269 degrees 34 degrees 24 seconds azimuth along said south line
400.12 feet to the west line of said Southwest Quarter; thence southerly 178
degrees 58 minutes 47 seconds azimuth along said west line 689.47 feet to
the point of beginning.
Said tract contains 5.39 acres more or less.
• TO BE KNOWN AS, CENTURY HILLS EIGHTH SUBDIVISION, submitted by Roger H. Payne
and Jacqueline K. Payne, husband and wife, owners and proprietors, and is hereby approved
and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are
hereby accepted
