• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a
hearing duly noticed and held on July 7, 2004, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County,
Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 107 North,
Range 14 West, Rochester, Minnesota, described as follows_
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter;
thence North 89 degrees 36 minutes 46 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the South line of
said Quarter Quarter Section_ a distance of 493.11 feet; thence North 01 degree 36 minutes 25
seconds West, parallel with the West line of said Quarter Quarter Section a distance of 290.75
feet; thence North 88 degrees 59 minutes 04 seconds East, 350.00 feet for the point of
beginning; thence South 01 degree 36 minutes 25 seconds East, 294.59 feet to the South line of
said Quarter Quarter Section; thence North .89 degrees 36 minutes 46 seconds East along said
South line, 151.49 feet; thence North 00 degrees 23 minutes 14 seconds West, 296.26 feet to the
South line of H_ARTMAN SQUARE; thence South 88 degrees 59 minutes 04 seconds West along said
South line, 157.76 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 45,677 square feet more or less.
TO BE KNOWN AS, WEIDNER SUBDIVISION, submitted by Bruce A. Weidner and Kathleen
A. Weidner, husband and wife, owners and proprietors, and Premier Bank, a Minnesota
• corporation, mortgagees, and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land
for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted
