RESOLUTION
0 ...................WHEREAS, the Common Council on the 19th day of July,2004 considered a resolution for the
following improvement(s): Project No.MO-27(J-9657) "Sub-trunkline Sanitary Sewer to Serve Sanitary.
Sewer Service Area 28F in Cascade Township"
and,
WHEREAS,pursuant to the aforesaid resolution the Public Works Department has prepared and presented
to the Common Council plans and specifications for the said improvement(s).
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,Minnesota:
(1) Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report.
(2)The foregoing improvement(s)is hereby ordered to be made as proposed in the resolution adopted by the
Common Council on the 19th day of July, 2005.
(3)The Public Works Director is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement and the plans and
specifications prepared by Public Works Department, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and
hereby approved and ordered filed with the City Clerk. .
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER,
MINNESOTA,AT A MEETING THEREOF HELD THIS 19th DAY OF JULY, 2004.
