• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Pedestrian Facilities Agreement with Lloyd P. Johnson & Bonnita K. Johnson for part of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 10, Township 106 North, Range 14 West, Olmsted County,
Minnesota.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
