BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Settlement Agreement and Release with Tyler Maas concerning injuries sustained during his
time as a probationary police officer with the Rochester Police Department.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
