RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Pebble Creek Rochester, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, owners
and proprietors, have shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it
has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit
(Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on September 20, 2004, the following plat
of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 107 North, Range 15 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota,
described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 08 minutes 21 seconds West,
assumed bearing, along the east line thereof, 1620.10 feet; thence North 89 degrees 51 minutes 39 seconds West,
251.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 08 minutes 21 seconds East, 5.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 51 minutes 39
seconds West, 993'.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 08 minutes 21 seconds East, 113.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees
51 minutes 39 seconds West, 14.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 08 minutes 21 seconds East, 155.00 feet; the
South 89 degrees 51 minutes 39 seconds East, 562.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 08 minutes 21 seconds East,
550.50 feet; thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes 39 seconds East, 596.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 08 minutes
21 seconds East, 796.09 feet to the north line of said Northeast Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes 51
seconds East, along said north line, 100.00 feet to the point of beginning.. Excepting therefrom the following

West, assumed bearing, along the east line thereof, 986.10 feet; thence North 89 degrees 51 minutes 39 seconds West,
148.00 feet for the point of beginning; thence South 00 degrees 08'minutes 21 seconds West, 81.50 feet to a point
liereinafter referred to as Point "A"; thence South 45 degrees 08 minutes 21 seconds West, 19.09 feet; thence North
89 degrees 51 minutes 39 seconds West, 4-82.50 feet; thence North 00 degrees 08 minutes 21 seconds East, 95.00
feet; thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes 39 seconds East, 496.00 feet for the point of beginning.
Also excepting therefrom the following described property:

the point of beginning; thence ,continue South 00 degrees 08 minutes 21 seconds West, 81.50 feet; thence North 89
