RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the Rochester
Police Department apply for, accept and enter into a reimbursement grant agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Public Safety, Gang Strike Force.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to sign the application, the grant
agreement when approved, and any other documents needed to implement this resolution on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2004.
