RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a
hearing duly noticed and held on November 15, 2004, the following plat of lands in Olmsted
County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
That part of Section 32, Township 107 North,Range 14 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota, described as follows:
