HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 595-04 777777 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Section 3.001 of the City of Rochester Home Rule Charter requires a special election to fill a vacant office on the Common Council and authorizes the Council to establish a date for that special election; and WHEREAS, as of January 3, 2005, a vacancy will exist in the position of Council member for the First Ward. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that it adopt the attached election calendar for the special election needed to fill the vacancy in the First Ward Council member.position.
