RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a City/Owner Contract with Premier Bank Rochester, (Owner) and Bob Braaten Construction,
Inc. (Contractor), for J5160; "Public Improvements to Serve the Premier Bank Rochester
Subdivision."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this contract on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
