BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City award a
contract to Gillig Corporation for the purchase of up to four'buses at a cost of $288,223 per unit
and approval to amend the order to five buses pending additional federal funds.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this and any
subsequent agreement.on behalf of the City.
