BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a professional engineering services agreement with Yaggy Colby Associates for a detailed
design of the channel stabilization improvements for the storm water pond system in the Baihly
Woodland/Baihly Heights area, in an amount not to exceed $12,325.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
