RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City submit
an application for a FY 2005 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant administered by
the Programs Office of the Bureau of Justice Assistance.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to sign the application, the grant
agreement when approved, any amendments thereto, and any other documents needed,to
implement this resolution.
