RESOLUTION .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a development agreement with Sovereign Companies of Minnesota, LLC, for Stonegate Summit
(Rocky Creek Townhomes GDP #193).
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the development
agreement on behalf of the City.
