HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 115-05 - S f t h • RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Badger Hills, LLC, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on March 21, 2005, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence southerly on a• Minnesota; State Plane Grid Azimuth from north of 178. degrees 49 minutes 51 seconds along the east Ii•n.e of said Northwest Quarter 1047.52 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 1, BI:ock .8, BADGER HILLS SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof on file at the County Recorder's office, Olmsted County, Minnesota, and the point of beginning; thence westerly 268 degrees 49 minutes 59 seconds azimuth along the southerly line of said BADGER HILLS SUBDIVISION 195.94 feet; thence northerly 358 d:eg;rees 49 minutes 59 seconds azimuth along said southerly line 13.23 feet; thence westerly 268 degrees 49 minutes 59 seconds• azimuth along said southerly line 131.97 feet; thence southerly 18,3 degrees 00 minutes 24 seconds azimuth along said, southerly line 41.65 feet; thence westerly 275 degrees 08 minutes 09 seconds azimuth along said southerly line 30-9.32 feet; thence southerly 178 degrees 5.2 minutes 20 seconds azimuth along the easterly line of said BADGER HILLS SUBDIVISION 748.15 feet; thence southerly 178 degrees 07 minutes 48 seconds azimuth along said easterly line 189.54 feet; thence westerly 268 degrees 07 min-u:tes 48 seconds azimuth along said easterly line 47.94 feet; thence southerly 178 degrees 07 minutes 48 seconds azimuth along said easterly line 130.00 feet; thence easterly 8--8 degrees 07 minutes48 seconds azimuth along the north line of Block 2 of said BADGER HILLS SUBDIVISION 683.01 feet to the east line of said Northwest Quarter; thence northerly 358 degrees 49 minutes 51 seco.nds azimuth along said east line 1054.23 feet to the point .of beginning.
