- RESOLUTION
BE: IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota,
that the attached sheets marked "EXHIBIT A" are a tabulated statement and list of the
number of votes cast for each person in'the Special City General Election for the First
Ward held on April 5, 2005, in the City of Rochester, Minnesota, as determined by said
Common Council of the Canvass of the said return of the said election.
BE IT RESOLVED that 2,231 persons voted in the Special General Election for
the First Ward with a pre-registration total of 9,736.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Rochester, Minnesota, that Amy Blenker has been'declared the elected winner of the
First Ward Councilmember General Election.
