Home My WebLink AboutResolution No. 175-05 LILL • RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a Contribution Agreement with Kwik Trip, Inc., for part of Lots 7 & 8, all of Lots 9 through 15 and part of Lots 19 through 22, Block 3, Conley's Addition to the City of Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota, as well as the vacated alley right-of-way abutting said lots. The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf of the City.
