BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a City/Owner Contract with 4TD, LLC, (Owner) and Bob Braaten Construction, Inc., (Contractor),
for J5181, "Public Improvements to Serve Pace Electronics (Lots 1 & 2; Block 1, Rochester
Technology Park 3rd) "
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this contract on
behalf of the City.
