RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into assessment agreements with Ty Truax for the 40th Street S.W., Interchange and
Commercial Drive, Projects J7235 and J7236.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute these assessment
agreements on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2005.
