RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the
Comprehensive Traffic and Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the
Common Council be amended in the following respects:
I. Delete paragraph 15 of Section C, "Special Parking Zones."
II. Amend paragraph 26 of Section B, "No Parking Zones" so as to read as follows:
(26) George Gibbs Drive, S.W., from Sixth Avenue S.W., to 425 feet, more or
less, northeast of Sixth Avenue S.W., on both sides, at all times.
III. Add paragraph 333 and 334 to Section B, "No Parking Zones" so as to read as
follows:
(333) George Gibbs Drive, S.W., on both sides, from 360 feet to 460 feet, more or
less,south of Seventh Street S.W., near the playground, at all times.
(334) George Gibbs Drive, S.W., from Seventh Street S.W., to 230 feet, more or
• less, south of Seventh Street S.W., on the west side, at all times.
IV. Amend paragraph 2.15 of Section H, "Two Hour Parking" so as to read as follows:
(2.15) George Gibbs Drive, S.W., on the west side from 230 feet to 360 feet, more
or less, south of Seventh Street S.W., and from 460 feet, more or less,
south of Seventh Street S.W., to 425 feet, more or less, northeast of Sixth
Avenue S.W., at all times.
V. Add paragraph 9 to Section H, "Two Hour Parking" so as to read as follows:
(9) Soldiers Field Drive S.W., on both sides, April 1 to November 1, from
Seventh Street S.W., south to the parking lot, except 150 feet to 300 feet
south of Seventh Street S.W., on the east side.
VI. Add paragraph 1 to Section R, "Park Drive Speed Zones" so as to read as follows:
(1) George Gibbs Drive, S.W., from Seventh Street S.W., to Sixth Avenue
S.W., 20 miles per hour.
