RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a professional services agreement with South Eastern Engineering, Inc., in an amount not to
exceed $10,000 for preliminary design services for the design of 11 Avenue S.W., from 601n
Street to CSAH 16 (J7203).
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF 2005.
