• RESOLUTION
WHEREAS,pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Common Council on the 20th day of
June, 2005 and upon notice duly published as required by law, a hearing was held on the 18th
day of July, 2005 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard on the making of the following improvement(s): Project No.M4-31 (J-7227) "Downtown
Alley Improvements for Alley behind the Galleria between 2"d Street SW and the Peace Plaza".
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Rochester,Minnesota:
(1) Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the
feasibility report.
(2)The foregoing improvement(s)is hereby ordered to be made as proposed in the
resolution adopted by the Common Council on the 18th day of July, 2005.
(3) The Public Works Director is hereby designated as the Engineer for this
improvement.
