RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a City/Owner Contract with Prairie Crossing, LLC„ (Owner) and Elcor Construction, Inc.,
(Contractor), for J5182, "Public Improvements to Serve Prairie Crossing."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this contract on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS 164- DAY OF , 2005.
