• RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Adam J. Kelly and Laura I. Kelly, has shown to the satisfaction of the City of
Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon
its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on August 1, 2005, the following plat of
lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1 of Georgetowne Homes Second Subdivision, an official plat on
file and of record in the office of the Olmsted County Recorder, Olmsted County,
Minnesota.
TO BE KNOWN AS, GEORGETOWNE HOMES SECOND SUBDIVISION FIRST REPLAT,
submitted by Adam J. Kelly and Laura I. Kelly, husband and wife, and Eastwood Bank, a
Minnesota Corporation, owners and proprietors, and is hereby approved and all dedications of
land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCHESTER,
