RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into an engineering services agreement with Yaggy Colby Associates for preliminary design
services and design services for Project No. M5-30, J7745, "Extension of Sanitary Sewer from
the REA Trunkline Sanitary Sewer Southerly to the Rochester Towne Club Development."
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and direeted to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
