RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a City/Owner Contract with B & B Event Building, LLC (Owner) and Fraser Construction, Inc.,
(Contractor), for J5185, "Watermain & Hydrant(s) to Serve the B & B Events Center on the
Rochester International Airport Property."
The Mayor and the City. Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this contract on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2005.
