BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a City/Owner Contract with West 19 Development, LL,C (Owner) and Griffin Construction, LLP,
for J5187, "Trunk Sanitary Sewer & Watermain Extension to the West 19 Plaza Property."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this contract on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DA OF�` /Y�1<3 , 2005.
