• RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Stonehedge Townhouses, LLC , has shown to the satisfaction of the City of
Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon
its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on September 7, 2005, the following plat
of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
