BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City acquire
a permanent utility easement and a temporary construction easement, and reimburse appraisal
costs, from Charles DeWitz for the construction of the Kings Run Sewer in northwest Rochester,
Project J 7708.
The Mayor, City Clerk and City Attorney are authorized to execute any documents
necessary for the implementation of this resolution.
