RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the
Comprehensive Traffic and Parking Resolution, previously adopted and amended by the
Common Council be amended in the following respects:
I. Delete paragraph 94.4 of Section E, "Passenger Loading Zones."
II. Delete paragraphs 3.65 and 3.91 of Section H, Zone F, "Two Hour Parking."
III. Amend paragraph 198 of Section B, "No Parking Zones" so as to read as follows:
(198) 13th Avenue S.W., on the west side, from West Center Street to First Street
S.W., at all times, December 1st to April 1st.
IV. Add paragraph 337 to Section B, "No Parking Zones" so as to read as follows:
(337) 13th Avenue S.W., on the west side, from Second Street S.W., to one-half
block north.
• V. Add paragraph 25 to Section I, Zone E, "90 Minute Meters" so as to read as
follows:
(25) 13th Avenue SW, on the west side from First Street SW to one-half block
south; and on the east side from Second Street SW to one-half block north.
VI. Delete paragraph 10 of Section I, Zone F, "Two Hour Meters."
VI I. Add paragraph 13 to Section I, Zone E, "90-Minute Meters" so as to read as
follows:
(13) Second Street, S.W., on the north side, from 11th Avenue S.W., to 13th
Avenue S.W.
