BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of.Rochester that the City execute
a purchase agreement with Sarah E. Westfall for the sale of 1,925 square feet of city property in
the area of 804 Ninth Avenue S.E., at the price of$3.00 per square foot.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the purchase agreement and any
other required documents on behalf of the City.
