Home My WebLink AboutResolution No. 506-05 _-ILL • RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that the 2005 Legislature allowed for a Sales Tax Referendum Question in the City of Rochester by enacting Laws 2005, First Special Session, Chapter 3, Article 5, Section 29, Amending Laws 1998, Chapter 389, Article 8, Section 43, Subd. 4, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the attached sheet marked "Exhibit A" is a tabulated statement and list of the number of votes cast for the Sales Tax Referendum Question at the Special Sales Tax Election held on October 4, 2005, in the City of Rochester, Minnesota, as determined by said Common Council of the Canvass of the said return of said election held on October 4, 2005.
