HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 529-05 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Weatherstone of Rochester, LLC, a Limited Liability Company, owners and proprietors, have shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on October 17, 2005, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: That part of Section 7, Township 107 North, Range 14 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota, described as fol}ows: Commencing at the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 7; thence North 00 degrees 14 minutes 54 seconds West, assumed bearing, along.the east line thereof, 705.63 feet; thence North 89'degr.e.es.-52 minutes 34 seconds West, 1294.15 feet to the northwest corner of WEATHERSTONE NORTH for the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes 34 seconds West, along the south line of RIDGEVIEW MANOR SECOND and the westerly prolongation thereof, 1847.32 feet; thence South 54 degrees 55 minutes 28 seconds East, 80.83 feet to the north line of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 7; thence South 89 degrees 58 minutes 47 seconds West, along said north line, 173.93 feet; thence South 54 degrees 55 minutes 28 seconds East, 1920.29 feet to the northwesterly line of WEATHERSTONE COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY NUMBER 166 FIRST REPLAT (the next two courses are along said northwesterly line); thence North 35 degrees 04 minutes 32 seconds East, 283.29 feet; thence North 52 degrees 39 minutes 12 seconds East, 146.93 feet to the southwesterly corner of FOXFIELD LUXURY TOWNHOMES (the next five courses are along the westerly and northerly .lines of said FOXFIELD LUXURY TOWNHOMES); thence North 37 degrees 20 minutes 48 seconds West,. 114.39 feet; thence North 00 degrees 17 minutes 44 seconds West, 392.66 feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 123.53 feet; thence North 00 degree's 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 150.16 feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 66.00 feet to the southwest corner of WEATHERSTONE NORTH (the next four courses are along the westerly lines of said WEATHERSTONE NORTH); thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 29.56 feet; thence northerly 34.47 feet along -a tangential curve, concave easterly, central angle of 21 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds and a radius of 92.00 feet; thence North 21 degrees 28 minutes 00 seconds East, 111.67 feet; thence northwesterly 66.23 feet along a nontangential curve, concave northeasterly, central angle of 16 degrees 29 .minutes 54 seconds, • radius of 230:00 feet, and the chord of said burve bears North 68 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West, 66.00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 27.63 acres more or less.
