RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a professional services agreement with McGhie & Betts, Inc., to provide plans, specifications
and construction oversight for a new development area to be located directly north of County
Road #16 across from Brataas Drive at the Rochester International Airport.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City advertise for bids to construct roadway and
utilities for a new development area to be located directly north of County Road #16 across from
Brataas Drive at the Rochester International Airport.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
