BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a purchase agreement with Jeffrey C. Brown, Trustee of the Jeffrey C. Brown Profit Sharing Plan
and Trust for vacated Highway 52 right-of-way adjacent to Bandel Road N.W.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the purchase agreement, the deed
and any other required documents on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF 2005.
