• RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Pedestrian Facilities Agreement with Judy K: Boysen, John D. Gadient and Shirley M. Gadient
for Lot 1, Schwanke's First Subdivision and Lot 6, Schwanke's Second Subdivision, Olmsted
County, Minnesota.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
