RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
a Pedestrian Facilities Agreement with George P. Kubat & Maxine F. Kubat, for part of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 106 North, Range 13 West,
Olmsted County, Minnesota.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
