RESOLUTION
BE.IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a cost-plus engineering service agreement with Howard R. Green Company to complete the
Quarry Hill Ravine and Creek Stabilization Project with Phase I costs not to exceed $96,606.64.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
