RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter
into a professional services agreement with McGhie & Betts, Inc., for engineering services and
construction of improvements to storm water runoff at the Rochester International Airport.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
