WHEREAS, BBB Development, Inc. has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester
Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land
Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on November 21, 2005, the following plat
of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows:
That part.of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 107 North, Range 14 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota; described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Section 7; thence South 00 degrees 14 minutes 54 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the
east line thereof, 1369.72 feet to the southeast corner. of RIDGEVIEW MANOR FOURTH (the next 15 courses are along the southerly and
westerly boundaries thereof); thence North 89 degree52�52 minutes 34 seconds West, 164.76 feet; thence North 53 degrees 29 minutes 26

Containing 10.50 acres.
• TO BE KNOWN AS, RIDGEVIEW MANOR FIFTH, submitted by BBB Development, LLC, a
Minnesota limited liability company, owners and proprietors, and Home Federal Savings Bank,
a Minnesota Financial Institution, Mortgagee, is hereby approved and all dedications of land or
interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted
