HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 621-05 w n � RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Hadley Valley Associates, PAKS Properties IV, LLC, Morris Hills Land Development, LLC. Ernest H. Morris, and Stonehedge Land Development, LLC, and Merchants Bank N.A. have shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Preliminary Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on December 12, 2005, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: Outlot A, STONEHEDGE ESTATES SECOND SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof on file of the County Recorder's office, Olmsted County, Minnesota, AND That part of Lot 6, Block 5, of said STONEHEDGE ESTATES SECOND SUBDIVISION, lying northwesterly of the following described line: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 6, thence southerly on a Minnesota State Plane Grid Azimuth of 179 degrees 02 minutes 37 seconds azimuth along the west line of said Lot 6, a distance of 86.89 feet to the point of beginning; thence northeasterly 27 degrees 48 minutes 20 seconds azimuth 76.64 feet to the noftheasterly line of said Lot 6 and there terminating.
