BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute
Change Order No. 2 with Weber Construction for total construction reduction price of $949.60
for the 2005 Airport Lighting Equipment Building Project.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this change order on
behalf of the City.
