RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City adopt a
policy requiring the use and submittal of the three grading plan checklists (Single Residential Lot
Grading Plan Checklist, Permanent Storm Water Management,Plan Checklist, and Subdivision
and Non-Residential Lot Grading Plan Checklist) as an aid in the grading plan permit review and "
approval process. A copy of the checklists is attached.
