RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve
a compensation package for the Rochester Public Utilities Directors' meet and confer group as
well as the four Department of Human Resources employees not associated with any
negotiation group. That package is valid for 2006 and includes the following:
1. A 2% increase in base pay with a corresponding adjustment to the pay ranges
effective the first pay period in January, 2006.
2. Pay for performance or merit range of 0%-2%.
3. Healthcare Savings Plan participation of the employee's choice but as a
minimum the option to participate in the Minnesota State Retirement System
Plan, the ICMA Plan or the Nationwide Plan.
4. The standard benefit package accorded City employees and defined in the City
Rules and Regulations.
